Collaborations

The UMaryland iGEM team has collaborated with other iGEM teams in the past, including 2015 Grand Prize Winner William and Mary. We also collaborate with the Baltimore Underground Science Space, and several labs on the UMD campus, including the W.E. Bently Lab, the J.D. Kahn Lab, and the L.X. Wang Lab.

If you are interested in collaborations of any kind, feel free to reach out to us. We have collaborated with several high school science classes and the Port Discovery Science Meuseum in Baltimore, MD in the past.

Mentorship

With Dr. Quimby relocating to another institution and our graduate advisors successfully graduating with their PhDs, our team could always use more mentors. If you are a faculty or graduate student at UMD, feel free to reach out to us for possible mentorship opportunities with the team.
